Veteran Nigerian actress, Maureen Okpoko has cried out for support from her fans and loved ones after suddenly losing her sight.
The eye they say is the window to the entire body, as such losing your sight is undoubtedly a very awful situation to be in.
Speaking in a video that has since gone viral, the actress revealed that she currently needs all the help she can get as she suddenly lost her sense of sight.
“I suddenly lost my sight, which means I can no longer see or I can’t see for now. I’m seeking for your financial assistance, it would be greatly appreciated if y’all can come to my aid.”
She added that she needs her loved ones to pray for her and encourage her to stand in these tough times she finds herself now.
“I also need your prayers and words of encouragement, it has not been an easy journey for me, but I’m grateful for the gift of life. Thank y’all,” she added.
