Nyesom Wike, the Governor of Rivers State, has called on the electorates of the state not to vote for a presidential candidate who will either kill or send him to jail when elected into office.
The Governor made the statemenet when he was delivering a speech at a campaign rally at the Obio-Akpor LGA on Saturday.
Wike alsp took the opportunity to commend the governors of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for their firm stance on the shift of power to the South.
He added that they will not support anyone who says they will kill him when they come power and will also not support those who threatened to jail him when they come to power.
The Governor asked his supportes if they will allow him to be killed. He went on to further ask them if they will vote for those who do not want them to exist.
