Ghana Defender Daniel Amartey Gifts Brand New Car To Man Who Helped Him 10-years Ago

Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey has shown gratitude to a man who aided him during the days when he played football as a youth.

Amartey through former Ghana youth international Awudu Issaka presented a brand new Toyota Vitz to a man he says helped him a decade ago when he was a young footballer.

According to Saddick Adams, a sports journalist, the Leicester City defender made that gesture because the said man used to buy him mashed kenkey after training sessions.

A little over a decade ago, Daniel Amartey left the shores of Ghana for Sweden to begin his professional career with Djurgardens.

After a season n the Swedish league, he left to play for FC Copenhagen in Denmark before earning a dream move to the English Premier League to sign for Leicester City.

He has gone on to win the FA Cup and the English Premier League with Leicester City and has in the current season made 17 English Premier League appearances.
