Veteran Yoruba Actor, Fadeyi Oloro Is Dead

Ojo Arowosafe, a veteran Yoruba actor, known in entertainment circles as Fadeyi Oloro has sadly passed away after suffering ill health for several years.

He died at the age of 66 on Tuesday evening. He is well known for playing Fadeyi Oloro in a Yoruba TV series titled “Arelu” in the 1980s.

Fadeyi Oloro’s death was announced by famous actor and comedian, Bayegun Oluwatoyin, who is widely known as Woli Arole on his official Instagram page.

He stated that he was happy to have reached out to the deceased and happy to have played his part and laughed together with him, and been able to show him his support.

Arole further stated that let us check up on people when they are still alive, Let’s show love when people can feel it, and let’s help when it can be seen.

Fasunwon Bidemi Oluwafunke, the daughter of the late actor, confirmed that her father passed away at the University College Hospital, UCH.

Fasunwon in a recent interview with Daddy Freeze on an Instagram live session revealed the struggles her father was going through including his facing eviction from his home for his inability to pay his rent.
