Morocco Must Be ‘African kings’ Before World Kings – Walid Regragui

The head coach of the Atlas Lions of Morocco, Walid Regragui has made it clear to his team that they must conquer Africa for a second time before they can beat the world.

Morocco who is the first African country to be in the semi-finals of a FIFA World Cup has added another historic feat to their records by beating Brazil for the first time.

The team has, however, not won the Africa Nations Cup trophy since 1976.

Regragui revealed that he told his players that they cannot be kings of the world before being kings of our continent.

Morocco beat five-time World Cup winners, Brazil, 2-1 in an international friendly on Saturday.
