Ghana international, Andre Ayew is set to wear the number 24 jersey at Al Sadd SC after completing his move to the Qatari giants
On Wednesday night, your most trusted online portal in Ghana reported that the Black Stars captain was set to wrap up a deal to join the Qatari club today.
“Al Sadd have reached an agreement to sign Ghanaian star Andre Ayew. The player will arrive in Doha in the morning to complete the routine procedures, followed by the signing of the contract and the official announcement,” an official statement from the Qatari giants said last night.
As expected, Andre Ayew today traveled to Qatar, where he successfully underwent his mandatory medical checks.
Having penned his contract with Al Sadd SC, the Black Stars attacker has been handed the number 24 jersey.
Last season, Andre Ayew had an outstanding campaign in the English Championship, where he scored 17 goals after making 45 appearances.
