Business magnate Dr. Kwaku Oteng has lost one of his companies in Accra, Angel TV after it was razed down by the fire.
According to reports, the television station caught fire in the late hours of yesterday, Sunday, August 16th, 2021. The fire was so fierce that it burnt down almost the whole building into ashes.
Reports also say that the fire started blazing from one of the studios and the Master Control Room (MCR) which burnt down all the machines in the building. The fire service was able to put out the fire, but it appears that almost all the machines and pieces of equipment used for work were all burnt down.
Angel TV is currently off air at the moment. Meanwhile, the management of the station has assured viewers that all necessary efforts are being put in place to come back on air.
