Award-winning rapper Sarkodie’s wife, Tracy Owusu-Addo otherwise known as Tracy Sarkcess, has opened up on the reasons she’s not relying on the wealth of her husband.
In an interview recently, Tracy explained that although her husband Sarkodie has been one of the most successful and biggest artists in Ghana as well as around the world, but she doesn’t feel the need to rely on Sarkodie.
She shared that she worked in Germany prior to moving to Ghana to become a “stay at home mom”. But she realized that she was not helping growth into an independent woman, which is her decision to get back into the workforce.
Tracy, who serves as the founder and Executive director for Project Brave, further explained what she was looking to accomplish by doing something that would compliment her husband’s incredible career achievements.
She said that she hopes to aid the most young women she can, using all the tools she’s got available and all the recognition she has gained for herself.
