Throwback Video Of The Game Between Ghana & Kenya That Ended 13-2 In Favor Of Ghana Hit The Internet

We’ve found footage of the match between the Ghana Black Stars and Kenya, played on December 12, 1965.

The game ended 13-2 for the Black Stars, and Kingaziz.com has chanced upon the video of the said match.

The game was played in Nairobi, Kenya, and was one of the events to mark Kenya’s independence celebrations.

Kenya scored 1st in the 3rd minute. Ghana led 8-1 at half-time, both Osei Kofi and Kofi Pare scored 4 goals each, by the close of the half. After recess the Kenyans scored from a penalty to make it 8-2, Kofi Pare scored 2 goals in the 2nd half making his personal goals 6, Jones Attoquayefio scoed 1, Frank Odoi scored 2 goals. Kofi Pare’s 6 goals makes him the highest scorer for Ghana in a single match.
