A video that shows the moment the Bogoso explosion which caused many deaths happened has surfaced on the internet.
Ghanaians and the world didn’t hear a good news yesterday, January 20, as an unfortunate explosion occurred at Appiate between Bogoso and Bawdie in the Western North Region of Ghana.
Seventeen (17) people have been confirmed dead and 57 people with severe injuries have been hospitalized.
According to the Ghana Police Service, the accident involved a DAF vehicle with the registration number WR 2252-18 transporting explosives from the MAXAM Company, Tarkwa, to Chirano Gold and a motorcycle.

Well, video of the moment the explosion occurred has popped up, as some people were seen with their phones recording the incident when suddenly the explosives in the truck went off, and people could be seen and heard scrambling for shelter.
