A video currently going viral on social media captures the shocking moment a conductor ‘trotro mate’ and a passenger trade blows over GHC1.
Facts from the video has it that the female passenger decided not to pay for the fare adding that she boarded the car from an exceptionally short distance and that she will not pay the fare the ”mate” was demanding.
This enraged the mate and both occupied with an obnoxious attack as they heave harmful words to one another with the female traveler portraying the mate as pitiable and an idiot.
Following couple of moments of contention, the woman gave out a Ghc2 note to the ”mate” and guess what, she asked for her balance. The mate would not give her the balance as their verbal quarrel heightened to an actual battle.
The mate attempted to punch the female passenger in the face and she additionally fought back. The two kept on coming down affronts on one another and attempted to hit one another.
The driver even offered to mediate for peace to win. He requested his mate allow the passenger alight from the car but the mate denied as he requested his cash.
