Maye Musk (Haldeman) is model and dietician. She is a woman of Canadian-South African American nationality who has modelled for over five decades, featuring Vogue and Time magazines among others.
A twin and one of five children, Maye was born on April 19, 1948, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was two years old when the Haldemans (her family) moved to South Africa.
Miss Haldeman competed in the 1969 Miss South Africa beauty pageant and ended up as a finalist. The following year, she married Errol Musk, who was an engineer she had met in high school.
After nine years of marriage, she divorced her husband. Maye holds a masters degree in dietetics from the University of the Orange Free State.
