British strongman competitor Tom Stoltman was born on 30 May 1994. He is from Invergordon, Scotland.

He is the younger brother of the five time Scotland’s Strongest Man and Europe’s Strongest Man 2021, Luke Stoltman.

At the age of five, Tom was diagnosed with autism. He is a staunch supporter of Rangers Football Club.

For an athlete the size of Tom Stoltman, diet is an integral part of the training regime. They are able to consume between 8000 to 1400 calories a day when out of and in competition.

When it comes to Tom’s diet, he revealed in an interview that “I eat 10 eggs for breakfast, four slices of bread, two bits of bacon and two sausages as soon as I wake up,” and “Then, an hour or so later, I have a protein shake and some fruit. For lunch and dinner, I have about 400g of meat and 400g of vegetables and rice, and I snack on burgers and chips in between if I’m hungry.”
