This week at Wimbledon, Phillip Schofield spent time with his separated wife Stephanie and couldn’t have been happier.
The mother of the presenter’s two girls, Stephanie, has unmistakably remained close friends with him since he came out as gay on the ITV show in February 2020.
Phillip, 60, and Stephanie, 58, may not be together anymore, but they still seem to be the best of friends. The ex-couple was spotted together in the stands on Monday on the opening day of Wimbledon. They appeared to be having a fantastic time as Stephanie filled Phillip’s champagne glass and Phillip occasionally tossed his head back in laughter.
The duo were seen laughing together, while engrossed in something on Phillip’s phone. Holly Willoughby, co-host of This Morning and Phillip’s TV pal, joined them at the game with her husband Dan Baldwin.
Stephanie has joined Phillip at a number of high-profile events despite their romantic split, including Adele’s one-off performance at The Palladium in London last year. They were also spotted together in January on a family night out to mark their daughter Ruby’s 26th birthday.
In a moving message made on This Morning two years ago, Phillip disclosed his sexual orientation. The host at the time expressed regret for hurting his family, particularly the two girls he and Stephanie have together, Molly and Ruby.
