Aaron Wise was born on 21 June 1996 in Cape Town South Africa.
He is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour.
He was named the 2018 Rookie of the Year when he won his first PGA Tour championship at the 2018 AT&T Byron Nelson.
Wise moved to the United States with his family at age three and went on to attend Santiago High School in Corona.
He played college-level golf at the University of Oregon in Eugene, where he helped the host Ducks win the NCAA title in 2016.
Wise who turned professional in 2016 was formerly on the PGA Tour Canada and the Web.com Tour. He made his professional debut after qualifying for the U.S. Open, which was also his first major appearance.
He lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
