Richard Raymond Werenski was born on 22 December 1991 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour.
Although Werenski was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, he grew up in South Hadley where he played gold at The Orchards Golf Club.
Werenski attended college at Georgia Tech where he played collegiate golf. He turned professional immediately after graduating from college in 2014.
While in college he won the 2012 Porter Cup.
Werenski won the Cutter Creek Classic, on the NGA Pro Golf Tour and the Vermont Open; his first two professional wins.
He appeared on the Golf Channel’s reality show called the Big Break The Palm Beaches, Florida in 2015 and won it. This win offered him entry into the Barbasol Championship.
Werenski has five professional wins under his belt and counts the web.com Tour as a former tour.
He lives in Jupiter, Florida.
