Professional tennis player Rebecca Marino hails from Canada. She climbed as high as 38 in the WTA singles rankings in July 2011. Tennis Canada twice recognized Marino as Female Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011.
She made the decision to take an indefinite vacation from tennis in late February 2013.
