Anett Kontaveit Parents: Ülle Milk, Andrus Kontaveit

Anett Kontaveit was born on 24 December 1995 in Tallinn, Estonia. She is an Estonian professional tennis player.

Kontaveit made history by becoming the highest-ever-ranked Estonian player when on 6 June 2022 she was ranked by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) as world number two.
She also became the youngest person ever to win the Estonian Championships when she took the title in 2009 and defended it the following year.

Kontaveit has eleven singles and five doubles ITF Circuit titles under her belt and has also won a total of six WTA Tour titles.

Milk is a tennis coach and was the one who introduced Anett to the sport of tennis at age six.
Andrus is a manager at the Port of Tallinn.
