She is a Czech professional tennis player who was ranked by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) on 17 July 2017 at world number one.

Pliskova who has represented the Czech Republic in the Fed Cup has won 16 singles and five doubles titles on the WTA Tour and on the ITF Circuit she has 10 singles and six doubles titles under her belt.
