Rakim Athelaston Mayers, famously known in showbiz as A$AP Rocky has pled not guilty to felony firearms charges filed against him.
In court today, A$AP Rocky appeared all suited up to enter his plea to both charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm following an incident which took place last year.
A$AP Rocked pled not guilty to the charges against him at the Downtown L.A. criminal courthouse. The rapper received a bond set at $550k with the date for the preliminary hearing set for November this year.
A$AP Rocky was accused of firing shots at A$AP Relli during an altercation between the two in Hollywood late 2021. Relli the victim claims that he suffered injuries to his hand after he was struck by bullet fragments shot by Rocky and therefore suing him.
According to earlier reports, A$AP Relli told the media that he is so happy that he is getting justice despite the status of the rapper.
