Fred Sirieix is a French maître d’hôtel best known for appearing on the television shows Million Pound Menu on BBC Two and First Dates on Channel 4. Prior to working at La Tante Claire in London, Sirieix had front-of-house training in a Michelin-starred restaurant in his native France, where he was raised.
He served as general manager of the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows in the London Hilton till 2019. National Waiters Day, The Art of Service, the Galvin Cup, and the Galvin’s Chance charities are all creations of Sirieix
He co-founded the Right Course, a program that instructs offenders about the service sector, and he also wrote the book First Dates: The Art of Love a music track.

Fred Sirieix reportedly parted ways with his partner of over a decade, in 2010. He was in and out of the dating scene for a while but confirmed his relationship with ‘Fruitcake’ in 2017.
The pair announced their engagement in 2017 with plans for a wedding in early 2021. However, due to the pandemic, the wedding was postponed with the pair hinting at a rescheduled event in late 2022.
