Ghanaian football fans have praised Black Stars goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi for his sterling performance against South Korea.
Ghana defeated the Asian side 3-2 after a first-half 2-0 scored by Mohammed Kudus and Salisu, assisted by Jordan Ayew which was equalized by the Koreans in the second half before Kudus smashed home the winner following a pass from Gideon Mensah, which was first missed by Inaki Williams.
Many Ghanaians, especially football fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts after the game as they praised the Black Stars keeper for making crucial saves during the game.
Heaping praise on the 25-year-old Ghana and FC St. Gallen keeper, some fans suggest he is better than Manchester United keeper, David de Gea. “Ati Zigi is better than De Gea but Manchester United fans will argue,” a Twitter user, @__Sharyf said.

My thoughts on the game:
• Kudus is whoever he thinks he is
• Ati Zigi was incredible
• Partey showed his qualities today
• We need to seriously work on defending set-pieces
• Good subs from Otto AddoAn entertaining game overall. Come on Ghana!!!! 🇬🇭🔥🔥
