Aba Residents Adopt Peter Obi As Presidential Candidate

It is exactly three weeks to the 2023 general elections and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has received morale-boosting support from the people of Aba in Abia State who have declared their support for him.

Peter Obi was going for a walk from Bata junction to Azikiwe Road in Aba, Abia State when the people cheering him on making the declaration of their support.

He had visited the Aba Sports Club for a town hall meeting with thousands of Aba people in attendance before he went on the walk.

The Obiedients Across Party Alliance, OAPA, has also adopted Peter Obi as president.

The people of Aba were called upon by the leader of the OAPA, comrade Chetachi Ikpe, to ensure that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of the state and Peter Obi win the 2023 presidential elections plus the Abia South senatorial seat.

It was during the town hall meeting with the residents of Aba and the business community at the Aba Sports Club that Ikpe made the call.

OAPA draws its membership from the All Progressives Congress, APC, All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Labour Party, (LP).
