Adam Neumann was born on 25 April 1979 in Tel Aviv Israel. He is an Israeli-American businessman and investor.
Neumann who could not read or write till he was in third grade due to his dyslexia moved to the United States with his mother and younger sister when he was seven years old.
They returned to Israel after spending four years in America. Adam enrolled at the Israeli Naval Academy and served as an officer in the Israeli Navy for five years. After his discharge from the navy with the rank of captain, he went to the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City.
Neumann’s first business was a children’s clothing company called Krawlers.
In 2010, he co-founded WeWork with his business partner Miguel McKelvey.
He was the CEO of WeWork from its inception till 2019.
Neumann owns some 4,000 apartments worth about US$1 billion.

Avivit And Doron Neumann are the mother and father respectively of Adam Neumann.
Avivit and Doron who were both physicians met in medical school and got married in 1978.
Avivit had worked at Rambam Health Care campus as an Oncology physician in urology and a medical consultant Oncologist and palliative care as self-employed.
Doron specialized in ophthalmology.
They divorced in 1976 with Avivit moving to America with Adam and his younger sister Adi.
