The opener match between Ghana and Morocco at the 2021 African cup of nations in Cameroon has kicked off.
The Black Stars are seeking to end their 40 years AFCON drought by winning their 5th trophy, after winning their last trophy in 1982 in Libya.
Ghana has been to finals on three times after their last trophy, losing to the Ivory Coast on penalties in 1992 and 2015 and were beaten 1-0 by Egypt in Angola 2010.
The match has ended 1-0 in favour of Morocco.
