Thomas Partey signed off to join his Black Stars teammates in Qatar for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon with a breathtaking performance in the Premier League match against Manchester City.
Despite the 2-1 lost, the deputy Black Stars captain dominated the midfield in the high-intensity new year clash.
Partey was selected as Man of the match after the game, but wasn’t happy of his team which was leading in the first-half by Bukayo Saka goal, and all of a sudden lost the match.

Partey is now free to join his Black Stars teammates in Qatar to continue preparations for the continental tournament.
The Ghana player wan’t in the Black Stars camp yet because of CAF new directive of European players to report from January 3, which was previously December 27.
