According to a report by TMZ, Ben Affleck accepted an offer on Tuesday for his 7-bedroom estate which was listed for $29,995,000.
The $30 million estate is a full package that includes a pool, spa, walk-in wine cellar, cinema, and gym in a 13,453 square feet of sheer luxury.
Ben and Jen are presently residing in James Packer’s $60 million Bev Hills estate that they are renting but would relocate to Jennifer’s Bel-Air home which is currently seeing a major uplift.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez returned to the United States on Monday from their honeymoon in Italy in a private jet. The couple had been spotted having a blast and publicly displaying their love for each other as they enjoyed their honeymoon.
