A jury in a civil trial found Bill Cosby guilty of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl in 1975 at the Playboy Mansion.
A 61-year-old woman, Judy Huth, on Friday, June 3, 2022, testified against Bill Cosby that the American Comedian had forcefully kissed her while she tried to escape from his grip.
According to her, Bill Cosby tool her into his trailer on a movie set in 1975. She added that Bill then grabbed her and kissed her while she struggled to flee for 30 seconds.
This was revealed for the first time during the Country civil trial in Los Angeles, where Cosby has being accused by Judy Huth.
Judy claims that the comedian had sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 16 around the same time the 61-year-old was forcefully kissed.
The woman testified to the court that she had come to LA with some family and friends to the set of the film “Let’s Do It Again,”. A movie that starred Cosby and Sidney Poitier.
She added that Cosby had invited them to play as extras after meeting them at a tennis a couple of months before the shooting.
Bill Cosby denied the alleged sexual abuse meted out to Judy Huth in 1975 when she was just a teenage girl in a video of testimony played for jurors on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
Bill Cosby told one of Judy Huth’s attorneys that nothing of that sort happened, and debunked ever having any sexual relationship with an underage girl in the 1970s.
He also ruled out the possibility that he might have forgotten what had happened.
Well, Cosby has been found guilty. The verdict was delivered in favor of Judy Huth, now 64, awarding her $500,000.
According to jurors, Cosby intentionally caused harmful sexual contact with Huth and found that he had reason to believe she was under 18 years of age at the time.
