Billie Eilish has won the respect of fans after pausing her performance at the O2 arena over concerns of the safety of her audience.
The 20-year-old singer paused her performance to inquire if her fans were doing okay in the hot temperatures in the arena. This comes after some fans were pulled out of the arena after they had lost consciousness.
“Are you all ok? People were fainting and getting pulled out. It’s hot, I know.”
She also paused the show for a while to ease up the pressure in the front of the stage and instructed the fans to keep an eye of people who might be feeling dizzy.
“Take a step back, give everybody some space. If someone looks a little woozy, just tell someone. Don’t try to save feelings.”
This is not the first the singer had done this. Earlier this year, Billie Eilish interrupted her performance at her Happier Than Ever tour show in Atlanta when she realized that a fan was struggling to breathe.
