Richard Duncan, a member of the “Black Ink Crew” has found himself in deep sh*t after police arrested him as a result of the traffic stop.
The former reality TV star was allegedly pulled over by Georgia police for speeding in July before being arrested for DUI.
Richard was stopped for speeding, according to the incident record that TMZ was able to get. However, a sobriety test proved that he was intoxicated after cops perceived the smell of alcohol on him. According to the police, Richard admitted to drinking on the spot.
Unfortunately for him, the cops performed a search of his car during which they discovered a bag of cocaine in the central cupholder of his vehicle.
He was accused of speeding, DUI, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and in possession of a controlled narcotic, which is considered a felony. However, Richard has not pled guilty to any of the charges. He however took to Instagram to share the case with his Instagram followers.
