Caroline Flack’s Twin Sister ‘Believes Be Kind Campaign Has Changed World’

The twin of Caroline Flack thinks the “Be Kind” movement, which was launched following the presenter’s passing, has brought a positive change.

At the age of 40, the former Love Island presenter committed suicide in February 2020. In the lead-up to the scheduled assault trial, Flack grappled with remarks on social media after being accused of hitting her lover.

The movement takes inspiration from a message Flack shared that called on all people to be kind in our world where one has the choice to become anything.

“In a world where you can be anything, be kind,” Flack had posted on Instagram.

Since her passing, the Be Kind campaign has urged people to consider what they post on social media and its potential impact on others, especially those who may be experiencing difficulty.

Although there will always be trolls, Jody, Flack’s sister, believes Flack’s effort has had an impact saying, “In my world, it’s changed”.
