Cristian Ignacio Garn Medone is a professional tennis player from Chile was born on May 30, 1996. The Association of Tennis Professionals has placed him as high as No. 17 in the world in singles, a position he first attained on September 13, 2021.
He is currently ranked No. 1 in Chile. His career-high doubles ranking of No. 206 was attained on May 10, 2021. In the first round of the 2013 VTR Open, Garn defeated Duan Lajovi at the age of 16 years and 8 months to become the youngest player from Chile to win an ATP Tour match.
He defeated Alexander Zverev in the championship match to claim the 2013 Junior French Open title. Garn has so far won five ATP tour championships, all of which came on clay surfaces.
