Ghana forward Jordan Ayew has expressed disappointment following a goal late from Arsenal stopped Crystal Palace from securing an important victory at the Emirates.
The 30-year-old scored his first assist of the season during the game against the Gunners after stealing from fellow countryman Thomas Partey the ball to create Christian Benteke for the equalizer after 55 minutes.
Ayew believes that the Eagles have learned a few positives from their game and are only going to improve as the season advances.
Taking to Instagram, Jordan wrote;
“Disappointed we couldn’t get a deserved win at Arsenal but a lot of positives to take away from the game.
A solid team performance & great goals by @christianbenteke & @o.edouard_18 👏🏾👏🏾 We will review & keep improving.
Thanks to the fans last night – you were amazing 🙏🏾🦅🟡🔴🔵”
