Joe Carr, a Former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, has waded into talks that current Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has become complacent.
Speaking to Oyerepa FM in an interview, the Kotoko legend dismissed the allegations stating that the talented goalkeeper is not known for such attitudes.
In Joe Carr’s view, the current number shot-stopper for Kotoko is fatigued and should be given the needed rest so he can recover.
He said Danlad Ibrahim is not being complacent, he is exhausted. He has been traveling around for Black Stars and Black Galaxies and he thinks he is tired and needs rest.
The former Black Stars goalkeeper added that Danlad Ibrahim has to be rested for some two matches for him to regain his energy.
Over the last year, Danlad has been involved in a lot of matches both for his club side and the Black Galaxies.
While on national team duties, he has been deputized by Frederick Asare.
