Amy Hart of Love Island fame has revealed that doctors were against her conceiving over some abnormalities located in her cervix.
The 30-year-old Love Island star confirmed this week that she and her 33-year-old partner Sam Rason are expecting their first child, which they spontaneously conceived months after she had her eggs frozen due to recurring fertility concerns.
Amy admitted last night that she defied her doctors’ advice to abstain from becoming pregnant over some concerns in her cervix. She added that due to that she will need to be monitored during her pregnancy.
“We were supposed to talk about this on Loose Women but we all got carried away. So HPV, I’ve got CIN1 and C1N2 on my cervix. The lady told me “Do not get pregnant till I’ve taken these cells out.” I didn’t know at the time that I already was pregnant. So now I’m under a consultant. They are trying not to take them out because they can cause miscarriage or early labour.”
