Don’t Collect Money From GFA Presidential Aspirants If You Want Ghana Football To Progress – Club Admins Advised

Papa Kwesi Esson Arbuah, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sekondi Hasaacas, has expressed his ideas on how football in Ghana can develop.

The football administrator believes that the development of football in the country will depend heavily on club administrators.

In an interview with Spemso Fm, Esson Arbuah called on fellow club administrators to desist from collecting money from persons who aspire to be president of the Ghana Football Association.

He stressed that if club administrators want football to progress, they should not collect money from aspirants prior to an election.

It is clear that Ghana football over the past few years has been in decline, while its flagship Premier League is not ranked among the best on the African continent, it does not come up for recognition on the global level.

The current administrator is accused by many pundits of running down Ghanaian football. It has also been tagged with corruption.
