The American professional golfer, Dustin Hunter Johnson was born on 22 June 1984 in Columbia, South Carolina. He plays on the PGA Tour.
Johnson is on record to be the first player to win each of the four World Golf Championship events, having won a total of six titles in this event.
He is also a two-time major championship winner.
Johnson who is nicknamed “DJ”, has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Coastal Carolina University where he also played collegiate golf.
While still an amateur, Johnson played on the United States teams that won both the Walker Cup and Palmer Cup in 2007. In that same year, he won the Monroe Invitational and the Northeast Amateur.
Johnson turned professional in 2007 and has gone on to chalk 28 professional wins. He was named PGA Player of the Year in 2016.
He currently lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his family.
