Edward Stephen Hall is a British former professional strongman. He was the winner of World’s Strongest Man 2017 competition. Hall has also won the United Kingdom’s Strongest Man and England’s Strongest Man competitions numerous times.
Hall was born on January 15, 1988, in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. In his teens, Hall was a very accomplished athlete in the sport of swimming. He was a student at Clayton Hall Academy, but was kicked out at the age of fifteen.
Then, he was offered private tutoring at home. He started being employed as a technician at the garage of Robert Wiseman Dairies plant located in Market Drayton, Shropshire in 2008.
He was a bodybuilder who trained and competed as a bodybuilder, and then joined the competitive circuit for strongmen after he competed in a strongman contest held at the Iceman gym in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
In the year 2010, Dave Meer of Tamworth, Staffordshire had to pull out of the England championships held through Elite Strongman because of injury.
He was able to arrange for Hall to fill in his place and resulted in Hall getting into the finals in 2010 and winning in his first attempt, winning by one half point.

Layla is Hall’s daughter from a previous relationship. But his wife, Alexandra Hall, loves the children equally, as she is always giving them the motherly love they deserve.
