Born in Helsinki, Finland on 2 April 1999, Emil Ruusuvuori is a Finnish professional tennis player.

He is currently the No.1 singles tennis player in Finland and on 20 June 2022 attained his highest ranking by the Association of Tennis Professionals to date at world No. 48. With regards, the doubles competition was ranked highest at world No.179 on 2 May 2022.

Ruusuvuori began playing tennis at the age of five and at 14 entered his first ITF Juniors tournament, the Nokia Junior Cup, in 2013.
