She is also a contributor on Fox News Channel.
Compagno has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While she was at the University of Washington, she received the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet of the Quarter Award.
After law school, Emily served as both a criminal defense lawyer in San Francisco and captain of the Raiderettes, the Oakland Raiders cheerleading squad.
