Former Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has said that some boys from the Volta Region have been threatening to kill him ever since he decided to leave the party.
Mr. Allotey Jacob says some people are still hurt that despite not being a part of the party, he still gets Radio stations and TV stations to give him platforms to speak up.
He stressed that it has gone extreme mile to the extent that he gets attacked on his own Facebook page.
”I want Ghanaians to listen to me. I left the NDC party in two weeks time the party said they have sacked me. It therefore means I’m no longer a member of the party. I decided to make amends with people I have malign they come to insult and threaten my life”, he wrote in a post.
”I’m no longer an NDC member but when I’m doing my radio commentary they will come and insult me. When I post anything on Facebook Page na wahala. Especially Ewe boys will come threatening me with death threatening me with Ewe gods. Well God is my protector”, he noted.
Meanwhile, Mr. George Opare Addo has said that the NDC cannot only win by relying on the NPP’s mistakes. He made this comment while speaking at an event organized in the Eastern region to integrate TEIN into the NDC’s future campaign plans.
