Midland native and former broadcast journalist, Faith Rempe has died. Rempe at 31 years after an 11-month battle with a rare form of blood cancer.

Faith Rempe was the weekend anchor for FOX 5. Rempe whose parents moved to Midland, Michigan when she was only six years old, had worked with WNEM-TV5 as a local reporter.
She shared her brave fight against cancer on her Facebook page with her followers.
Her death was announced by her husband Kurt. Rempe died on 27 September.
