Legendary Ghanaian striker, Asamoah Gyan has attributed his wealth to the game of football.

Asamoah Gyan is on record as one of the wealthiest people to have played football, he was also at one time one of the highest-earning footballers in the world.

The former Ghana international has several business interests that have offered employment to Ghanaians from all walks of life.

Gyan who is a former Liberty Professionals player admitted in an interview with Premier League Productions that football allowed him to acquire all that he ever dreamed of in life.

He stated that looking back on his career and what he has been able to achieve, he gives thanks to God because he achieved everything through football.

Asamoah Gyan is Ghana’s leading all-time goal scorer with 51 goals and was a member of the Ghana squads that featured at the 2006,2010, and 2014 FIFA Men’s World Cups in Germany, South Africa, and Brazil respectively.
