Ghana player Dennis Appiah has said in spite of Saint Etienne’s four wins in a row they need to do more in order for them to move further up the league table.
Saint Etienne has registered 4 victories in a row, against clubs engaged in a relegation battle, namely Annecy (3-2), Dijon (2-0), Nîmes (2-1), and Pau ( 2-0).
The team will play Bordeaux in their next league game on Saturday, with 13 matches still to play, the Les Stéphanois are only seven points clear off the drop zone.
Dennis Appiah in an interview said that they have not done anything yet in spite of their four wins in a row. He said although the 30 points they currently have is good, it is clearly not good enough.
Appiah said they will try to move up the league table by being humble and scoring as many points as possible.
He added that Bordeaux is a good side that is currently doing well, which will make their encounter a good one.
