Chris Hughton, the head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana is keen on building a Black Stars team that is efficient at winning.
The experienced manager was officially unveiled on Monday morning at the SG Mall in Kumasi.
He has been tied to a 21-month-long contract which will last until December 2024.
He will be assisted in the dugouts by Mas-Ud Dramani and George Boateng who worked in the same capacities with former Black Stars coach Otto Addo.
Chris Hughton, at his unveiling, pledged to build a team that is good at winning games during his time as head coach of the Black Stars.
He stated that ultimately what we all want to see is winning football matches, and that starts with the correct preparation, using players to the best of their ability, and picking the type of players we have.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion manager concluded that “we want to see a winning team”.
