Black Stars center-half Daniel Amartey is expected to depart his current club side Leicester City at the end of the current premier league season.
The combative defender will have his current contract with the Foxes run out at the end of the season.
Daniel Amartey has spent about seven seasons with Leicester City but is set to leave the club because he is unable to reach a contract renewal with the English Premier League side.
The Ghanaian defender is on record to have recently questioned his manager Brendan Rodgers after the team was eliminated from the FA Cup competitions by Blackburn Rovers.
Amartey has featured 23 times across all competitions for Leicester City so far this season.
He joined Leicester City in January 20216 and was part of the squad that won the Premier League in the said year.
It is reported that French Ligue 1 side Marseille is interested in acquiring the defender from the Foxes. He was captain of the Black Stars in the second leg of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers against Angola in Luanda.
