Ghana Midfielder Godfred Donsah Set To Join Portuguese Club FC Arouca

Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah is close to sealing a move to Portuguese side Arouca FC.

The 25-year-old will be leaving Bologna on a permanent deal after two seasons on loan at Cercles Brugge and Rizespor.

We can disclose that talks between Donsah and Arouca are at advanced stages and could be bidding his parent club farewell in the summer transfer window.

Donsah’s current contract with Bologna expires in 2022 but struggles to break into the first team is forcing him to look for options elsewhere.

Arouca are confident to securing the signature of the Ghanaian.

He joined Bologna in 2015 from Hellas Verona before a short stint with Cagliari.

The strong midfielder has one international cap with Ghana. He played in the World Cup qualifier against Egypt in Cape Coast in 2017.
