Ghana Midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp Nets Consolation Goal For Crystal Palace In Defeat To Arsenal

Black Stars midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp played for Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon as the team suffered a 4-1 loss to Arsenal in the English Premier League.

He started the matchday 28 game for the Eagles on the day. The Gunners who were playing at home at the Emirates Stadium dominated the encounter and took the lead just before the half-hour mark through a Gabriel Martinelli strike.

The home side increased their lead through Granit Xhaka’s goal to take them 3 goals up.

Jeffrey Schlupp pulled one goal back for Crystal Palace in the 63rd minute; the only consolation goal for the side in the entire 90 minutes.
