Felix Afena-Gyan, AS Roma forward, has won the club’s fans Goal of the Year for 2021.
The Ghana teen won the award with his wonder strike against Genoa last month, which was adjudged by as Roma’s best goal at the Socios End of Year awards on Wednesday.

The 18-year-old Ghanaian prodigy came off the bench in the 75th minute of Roma’s game at Genoa, and netted a late double to give the Giallorossi a 2-0 win.
Felix Ohene Afena-Gyan broke the deadlock in the 82nd minute and then added a stunning long-range strike in injury time to wrap up the points at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
This made AS Roma manager, José Mourinho, purchased a new pair of boots he likes for him which cost €800 to fulfil his promise as he assured the Gyan that he will purchase a new pair of boots if he scored against Genoa.
