Ghanaian Youngster Fatawu Issahaku Resumes Training After Injury Scare In Algeria Friendly

Ghanaian youngster Aldul Fatawu Issahaku has resumed training with the Black Stars after an injury scare in the Algeria friendly.

Algeria trashed Ghana by 3-0 on Wednesday, January 5, in a pre-afcon friendly game at the Education City Sports Stadium in Doha, Qatar.

At the end of 90 minutes, the African champions recorded an impressive 3-0 win against the Black Stars of Ghana.

Issahaku picked up an injury and was substituted after receiving treatment on the field for some time.

Well, the good news is that the Dreams FC attacking midfielder has resumed training with the Black Stars in Doha, Qatar, ahead of the AFCON in Cameroon, starting on Sunday, January 9.

The 2021 African cup of nations will be held in Cameroon, as the host nation will be opening the game against Burkina Faso on January 9, 2022, at 4PM.

Ghana will play their first AFCON match against Morocco on Monday, January 10, at 4PM before playing Gabon and Comoros respectively in the group stage.
